My dad has been in Bron Haul for about six years now and my mum has joined him there about two months ago and honestly, I cannot find a bad thing to say about the place. in all the time we've been going there the staff have been fantastic and my mum and dad are as happy as could be, so I would like to say thank you to all the staff. I would recommend this care home to anyone.

I like the food here. I enjoy a range of activities. I feel supported when I have my meetings. I have good friends that I enjoy chatting with.

My father has been a resident at Bron Haul for seven years. The care he has received has been fantastic. My mother has also recently moved there, due to a diagnosis of dementia, she has settled in really well. We as a family, are extremely grateful for the care they are both receiving, the staff are all lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. Bron Haul has a real home-from-home feel and we are always made to feel welcome when we visit and kept informed of any health issues or concerns Mum and Dad may have. We take great comfort in knowing that they are together again, happy and receiving the best care.

Always kept updated with my mother’s care, which always includes some of the activities that she has taken part in. My mum has been staying in the home for many years and is extremely happy with her care and the support that she has received.

Lovely management and staff. I like the choice of food. Really enjoy participating in the activities. I can remain independent but have a lot of company around me. I can have my dog Matilda, and the staff help me walk her.

Love my bedroom with my new furniture and bed. I have been here for 44 years. The food is lovely. Nice activities. I like my cat.

I'm very happy and settled here. I am also able to have my god (Kizzy) with me, and she likes everyone and loves the attention. I'm sleeping very well, and my appetite was extremely poor, but now I'm eating lots more, and I find the meals and snacks beautifully cooked and prepared. I've put on some weight, which I wasn't able to at home. My hairdresser wanted to know what I'd done to my hair - I was puzzled, and then she explained! Because of the food I'm eating, my poor-conditioned hair is in top condition now.

My brother has been living here for a few months and has settled in very well. He’s encouraged to join in with daily activities. The staff are always helpful and the management team keep me well informed on my brother's progress.
